Starline painting was founded in 2017 by Oscar Rapalo an Industry veteran with over 15 years of hands-on experienced,  Since the beginning, Oscar worked hard to establish an excellent reputation by applying all his knowledge in the industry and making sure to keep the same high-quality standards for every single job whether it's a small repaint or a larger project. The company now has enjoyed success and growth because of those efforts. Now Starline Painting has become a large and diversified painting contractor,  we do a lot of small and large projects as well as a lot of production work for many national builders to maintain our large workforce and keep our material costs low so we can be competitive without compromising quality.
